We found a place in the city full of authenticity and charm. It was a quiet, homely spot with spacious, beautifully decorated rooms in authentic style. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was home-cooked and delicious. We could rent bikes for free and explore the neighborhood, which had a natural and simple feel. The hotel provided free tea and coffee, as well as water, fruits and cookies.
The hotel's surroundings might be dark and quiet at night, and it is away from tourist attractions. However, a quick walk to the main road will lead you to transportation.

Once was such a pleasant surprise! We were upgraded to a stunning double height room with a mezzanine bedroom, which exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, away from the touristy areas but still within reach. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a thoughtful touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to use the bathroom for a quick shower before check-in. The breakfast was delicious, and the option to choose from a variety of options made it even better. The hotel's attention to environmental sustainability, with refillable toiletries and bottled water, was commendable. The free bikes provided were a convenient way to explore the city. I highly recommend Once Chiang Mai Home for a quiet and lovely stay.

I absolutely loved this hotel's cozy and natural atmosphere. The location was excellent, just a few minutes away from the city center. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the comfortable bed in my room to the delicious breakfast served every day. The staff was very friendly and always ready to assist me.
Not one thing I didn't like about this hotel.

The beds were really comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep! the location was great too, with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Complementary toiletries were a welcome touch. We really appreciated the hotel's effort to be eco-friendly by providing refillable water bottles and soap dispensers. the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast options were limited and not very filling. the room was also quite small and cramped.

Beautifully decorated, peaceful and spacious room just minutes away from the center. The hotel staff is warm and welcoming, and the breakfast options are delicious. The location is just outside the main square, which is lovely if you want a quiet retreat, but it's only a short walk or tuk-tuk ride away from the hustle and bustle.
The thin walls meant that the occasional car or scooter noise could be heard from the outside, although it wasn't enough to keep me up at night. there was some noise from a neighborhood party during my stay, but it didn't last too long and was expected given the new year's celebrations.
